rooter plumbing repair

Our company offers a full team of licensed plumbing contractors. All of our plumbing and repair services are handled with professionalism, as we aim to provide you with the high level of customer service that is to be expected from a company that has been in business as long as we have. Because we understand the importance of resolving plumbing issues, we offer our services around-the-clock.
"We have found our plumber for life! Jim is awesome! We just bought a house with a leak in the foundation, and in spite of the complicated and extensive nature of the repairs needed, Jim quoted us an incredibly reasonable price. Having just closed on a house, though, we were extremely short on funds, and so to help us out, Jim did a temporary fix for much less, and even though he was going above and beyond and doing this extra work for us, he said he'd even deduct the cost of that repair from the total of the final, permanent repair, when we had that done!! I can't say enough good things about him - there's much more, but I don't have room!"
We needed our shower faucet replaced, the quote was around $800.  We also had a pipe under the sink in the vanity that was dripping water, as it drained, the quote was $289 to fix that.  We went with just having the sink pipe fixed for $289.  That was completed at the end of April and now May 21st (not even a month), it is dripping water again.  We went with another plumber and it was not even 40% of the quoted cost given to us with this rep.
Our goal in business is to treat all of our customers like friends; always treating them with respect, fairness, and honesty. We are a family owned and operated Connecticut plumbing company, and because of this all of our customers receive the attention that they deserve. Mike Marandino, the owner of the company, (as well as master plumber) works out on the road right alongside his employees. He or his wife handles all calls personally and it's the personal touch that makes us special. We strive for 100% satisfaction, and if for any reason a customer of ours isn't satisfied we promise we'll make it right.

Toilets – Sometimes toilet drains are overwhelmed with toilet paper or clogged by non-flushable items that find their way into the drain. Roto-Rooter can clear any toilet drain to restore full drainage and powerful flushes. Our skilled plumbers can also fix problems related to running toilets, leaking toilets, broken tanks and bowls, and toilets that don’t flush properly.

Many homeowners are concerned about safety, and it can be unnerving to let a complete stranger into your home for plumbing or HVAC repairs. The best way to protect yourself and your home from unscrupulous or dangerous contractors is to research the company or contractor. Educate yourself regarding a company’s reputation and business practices. Some of the more reputable sources for this information are the CSLB, the BBB and verified review sites like Angie's List. Make sure the contractor you hire is LICENSED, insured and exercises due diligence when hiring, from felony background checks to drug testing. Not all plumbing and HVAC contractors are licensed, and many do not perform sufficient background checks. Be diligent and vigilant in protecting your greatest assets: you, your family and your home.

They're decent plumbers, but expensive (as most are).  They showed up after the designated window and when we called to ask about their arrival, the office didn't pick up the phone. They completed the service quickly, but then refused to accept a valid coupon when presented at the time of payment. Apparently we had to mention it as soon as the plumber walked in the door, even though we left it right next to the sink he was working on. He then blamed us for not knowing the company policy.
Very elusive. Did not want to give many details regarding job requirements. First was a call from the recruiter. That proceeded with an interview via phone from Regional Vice President. After that three seperate meetings with branch General Manager. A very long and drawn out process that give very little insight on job but boasted about bonus structure.

By the mid-1930s, Blanc was selling his patented "Roto-Rooter" machines for $250 and incorporated a business around it called Roto-Rooter Corporation. Many who were eager for work in the midst of the Great Depression started their own Roto-Rooter businesses throughout the upper Midwest, the Great Plains and the Northeast. Sewer cleaners are not required to have a plumbing license so in the 1930s a man could earn a decent living with only minor training operating the Roto-Rooter machine and a willingness to advertise his local business. Roto-Rooter's sewer cleaning service allowed homeowners to avoid digging up lawns and landscaping to reach underground sewer pipes. This modern breakthrough was such a revolutionary concept in the 1930s and 40s that Roto-Rooter featured an illustration of a mound of dirt over a recently excavated sewer pipe with the caption, "Why put a grave in your yard?"
